29:1.1The Seven Su­preme Power Di­rec­tors are the phys­i­cal-en­ergy reg­u­la­tors of the grand uni­verse. Their cre­ation by the Seven Mas­ter Spir­its is the first re­corded in­stance of the deriva­tion of semi­ma­te­rial progeny from true spirit an­ces­try. When the Seven Mas­ter Spir­its cre­ate in­di­vid­u­ally, they bring forth highly spir­i­tual per­son­al­i­ties on the an­gelic or­der; when they cre­ate col­lec­tively, they some­times pro­duce these high types of semi­ma­te­rial be­ings. Though in­vis­i­ble to mor­tals, they per­ceive you as you are in the flesh with­out the aid of trans­form­ers or trans­la­tors; they in­tel­lec­tu­ally un­der­stand the mode of mor­tal life, and they share all of man’s non­sen­su­ous emo­tions and sen­ti­ments. They ap­pre­ci­ate and greatly en­joy your ef­forts in mu­sic, art, and real hu­mor. They are fully cog­nizant of your moral strug­gles and spir­i­tual dif­fi­cul­ties. They love hu­man be­ings, and only good can re­sult from your ef­forts to un­der­stand and love them.

39:4.18It is just such friendly re­la­tion­ships as these that so en­dear a sys­tem cap­i­tal to the as­cend­ing mor­tals. On Je­ru­sem you will find the first in­ter­min­gling of Ma­te­rial Sons, an­gels, and as­cend­ing pil­grims. Here frat­er­nize be­ings who are wholly spir­i­tual and semispir­i­tual and in­di­vid­u­als just emerg­ing from ma­te­rial ex­is­tence. Mor­tal forms are there so mod­i­fied and hu­man ranges of light re­ac­tion so ex­tended that all are able to en­joy mu­tual rec­og­ni­tion and sym­pa­thetic per­son­al­ity un­der­stand­ing.

44:0.16I can­not, with ex­clu­sive spirit vi­sion, per­ceive the build­ing in which this nar­ra­tive is be­ing trans­lated and re­corded. A Di­vine Coun­selor from Uversa who chances to stand by my side per­ceives still less of these purely ma­te­rial cre­ations. We dis­cern how these ma­te­rial struc­tures ap­pear to you by view­ing a spirit coun­ter­part pre­sented to our minds by one of our at­tend­ing en­ergy trans­form­ers. This ma­te­rial build­ing is not ex­actly real to me, a spirit be­ing, but it is, of course, very real and very ser­vice­able to ma­te­rial mor­tals.

44:0.17There are cer­tain types of be­ings who are ca­pa­ble of dis­cern­ing the re­al­ity of the crea­tures of both the spirit and the ma­te­rial worlds. Be­long­ing to this class are the so-called fourth crea­tures of the Ha­vona Servi­tals and the fourth crea­tures of the con­cil­ia­tors. The an­gels of time and space are en­dowed with the abil­ity to dis­cern both spirit and ma­te­rial be­ings as also are the as­cend­ing mor­tals sub­se­quent to de­liv­er­ance from the life in the flesh. Af­ter at­tain­ment of the higher spirit lev­els the as­cend­ers are able to rec­og­nize ma­te­rial, mor­ontia, and spirit re­al­i­ties.

44:0.18There is also here with me a Mighty Mes­sen­ger from Uversa, an as­cen­dant Ad­juster-fused, one­time mor­tal be­ing, and he per­ceives you as you are, and at the same time he vi­su­al­izes the Soli­tary Mes­sen­ger, the super­na­phim, and other ce­les­tial be­ings pres­ent. Never in your long as­cen­dancy will you lose the power to rec­og­nize your as­so­ciates of for­mer ex­is­tences. Al­ways, as you as­cend in­ward in the scale of life, will you re­tain the abil­ity to rec­og­nize and frat­er­nize with the fel­low be­ings of your pre­vi­ous and lower lev­els of ex­pe­ri­ence. Each new trans­la­tion or res­ur­rec­tion will add one more group of spirit be­ings to your vi­sion range with­out in the least de­priv­ing you of the abil­ity to rec­og­nize your friends and fel­lows of for­mer es­tates.

45:1.2Num­ber 1. The Fi­nal­i­ter World. This is the head­quar­ters of the fi­nal­i­ter corps of the lo­cal sys­tem and is sur­rounded by the re­ceiv­ing worlds, the seven man­sion worlds, ded­i­cated so fully to the scheme of mor­tal as­cen­sion. The fi­nal­i­ter world is ac­ces­si­ble to the in­hab­i­tants of all seven man­sion worlds. Trans­port ser­a­phim carry as­cend­ing per­son­al­i­ties back and forth on these pil­grim­ages, which are de­signed to cul­ti­vate their faith in the ul­ti­mate des­tiny of tran­si­tion mor­tals. Though the Sons of God pos­sess a so­cial planet of their own, one of the tran­si­tional-cul­ture worlds, they also oc­cupy these ex­ten­sive do­mains on Je­ru­sem. On their tran­si­tional-cul­ture world the as­cend­ing mor­tals freely min­gle with all or­ders of di­vine son­ship. There you will per­son­ally know and love these Sons, but their so­cial life is largely con­fined to this spe­cial world and its satel­lites. In the Je­ru­sem cir­cles, how­ever, these var­i­ous groups of son­ship may be ob­served at work. And since mor­ontia vi­sion is of enor­mous range, you can walk about on the Sons’ prom­e­nades and over­look the in­trigu­ing ac­tiv­i­ties of their nu­mer­ous or­ders.

47:1.2Though the fi­nal­i­ter world is a sphere of ex­qui­site phys­i­cal beauty and ex­traor­di­nary mor­ontia em­bel­lish­ment, the great spirit abode lo­cated at the cen­ter of ac­tiv­i­ties, the tem­ple of the fi­nal­i­ters, is not vis­i­ble to the un­aided ma­te­rial or early mor­ontia vi­sion. But the en­ergy trans­form­ers are able to vi­su­al­ize many of these re­al­i­ties to as­cend­ing mor­tals, and from time to time they do thus func­tion, as on the oc­ca­sions of the class as­sem­blies of the man­sion world stu­dents on this cul­tural sphere.

On spe­cial oc­ca­sions the se­raphic helpers and even the Mel­chiz­e­deks can and do make them­selves vis­i­ble to the in­hab­i­tants of the evo­lu­tion­ary worlds. The prin­ci­pal rea­son for bring­ing mor­tal as­cend­ers from the sys­tem cap­i­tal as a part of the staff of the Plan­e­tary Prince is to fa­cil­i­tate com­mu­ni­ca­tion with the in­hab­i­tants of the realm.

One of the last acts of the Trin­ity Teacher Sons on their ter­mi­nal mis­sion is to lib­er­ate the mid­way­ers of the realm and to pro­mote (or re­store) them to ad­vanced plan­e­tary sta­tus, as­sign­ing them to re­spon­si­ble places in the new ad­min­is­tra­tion of the set­tled sphere. Such changes have al­ready been made in the range of hu­man vi­sion as en­able mor­tals to rec­og­nize these here­to­fore in­vis­i­ble cousins of the early Adamic regime. This is made pos­si­ble by the fi­nal dis­cov­er­ies of phys­i­cal sci­ence in li­ai­son with the en­larged plan­e­tary func­tions of the Mas­ter Phys­i­cal Con­trol­lers.

Both vi­sion and hear­ing are ex­tended. By now the pop­u­la­tion has be­come sta­tion­ary in num­bers. Re­pro­duc­tion is reg­u­lated in ac­cor­dance with plan­e­tary re­quire­ments and in­nate hered­i­tary en­dow­ments: The mor­tals on a planet dur­ing this age are di­vided into from five to ten groups, and the lower groups are per­mit­ted to pro­duce only one half as many chil­dren as the higher. The con­tin­ued im­prove­ment of such a mag­nif­i­cent race through­out the era of light and life is largely a mat­ter of the se­lec­tive re­pro­duc­tion of those racial strains which ex­hibit su­pe­rior qual­i­ties of a so­cial, philo­sophic, cos­mic, and spir­i­tual na­ture.

158:1.8When the three had been fast asleep for about half an hour, they were sud­denly awak­ened by a near-by crack­ling sound, and much to their amaze­ment and con­ster­na­tion, on look­ing about them, they be­held Je­sus in in­ti­mate con­verse with two bril­liant be­ings clothed in the ha­bil­i­ments of the light of the ce­les­tial world. And Je­sus’ face and form shone with the lu­mi­nos­ity of a heav­enly light. These three con­versed in a strange lan­guage, but from cer­tain things said, Pe­ter er­ro­neously con­jec­tured that the be­ings with Je­sus were Moses and Eli­jah; in re­al­ity, they were Ga­briel and the Fa­ther Mel­chiz­e­dek. The phys­i­cal con­trol­lers had ar­ranged for the apos­tles to wit­ness this scene be­cause of Je­sus’ re­quest.

189:4.11These hu­man eyes were en­abled to see the mor­ontia form of Je­sus be­cause of the spe­cial min­istry of the trans­form­ers and the mid­way­ers in as­so­ci­a­tion with cer­tain of the mor­ontia per­son­al­i­ties then ac­com­pa­ny­ing Je­sus.

191:3.2About mid­night of this Mon­day the Mas­ter’s mor­ontia form was ad­justed for tran­si­tion to the sec­ond stage of mor­ontia pro­gres­sion. When he next ap­peared to his mor­tal chil­dren on earth, it was as a sec­ond-stage mor­ontia be­ing. As the Mas­ter pro­gressed in the mor­ontia ca­reer, it be­came, tech­ni­cally, more and more dif­fi­cult for the mor­ontia in­tel­li­gences and their trans­form­ing as­so­ciates to vi­su­al­ize the Mas­ter to mor­tal and ma­te­rial eyes.
