29:2.1The Seven Su­preme Power Di­rec­tors are not able, in­di­vid­u­ally, to re­pro­duce them­selves, but col­lec­tively, and in as­so­ci­a­tion with the Seven Mas­ter Spir­its, they can and do re­pro­duce—cre­ate—other be­ings like them­selves. Such is the ori­gin of the Su­preme Power Cen­ters of the grand uni­verse, who func­tion in the fol­low­ing seven groups:

29:2.9These power cen­ters to­gether with the Su­preme Power Di­rec­tors are be­ings of high will free­dom and ac­tion. They are all en­dowed with Third-Source per­son­al­ity and dis­close un­ques­tioned vo­li­tional ca­pac­ity of a high or­der. These di­rect­ing cen­ters of the uni­verse power sys­tem are the pos­ses­sors of ex­qui­site in­tel­li­gence en­dow­ment; they are the in­tel­lect of the power sys­tem of the grand uni­verse and the se­cret of the tech­nique of the mind con­trol of all the vast net­work of the far-flung func­tions of the Mas­ter Phys­i­cal Con­trol­lers and the Mor­ontia Power Super­vi­sors.

29:2.101. Su­preme Cen­ter Super­vi­sors. These seven co-or­di­nates and as­so­ciates of the Su­preme Power Di­rec­tors are the reg­u­la­tors of the mas­ter en­ergy cir­cuits of the grand uni­verse. Each cen­ter super­vi­sor is head­quar­tered on one of the spe­cial worlds of the Seven Su­preme Ex­ec­u­tives, and they work in close as­so­ci­a­tion with these co-or­di­na­tors of gen­eral uni­verse af­fairs.

29:2.11The Su­preme Power Di­rec­tors and the Su­preme Cen­ter Super­vi­sors func­tion both as in­di­vid­u­als and con­jointly with re­gard to all cos­mic phe­nom­ena be­low the lev­els of “grav­ity en­ergy.” When act­ing in li­ai­son, these four­teen be­ings are to uni­verse power what the Seven Su­preme Ex­ec­u­tives are to gen­eral uni­verse af­fairs, and what the Seven Mas­ter Spir­its are to the cos­mic mind.

29:2.122. Ha­vona Cen­ters. Be­fore the cre­ation of the uni­verses of time and space, power cen­ters were not re­quired in Ha­vona, but ever since these far-dis­tant times, one mil­lion have func­tioned in the cen­tral cre­ation, each cen­ter hav­ing the super­vi­sion of a thou­sand Ha­vona worlds. Here in the di­vine uni­verse there is per­fec­tion of en­ergy con­trol, a con­di­tion not ex­ist­ing else­where. Per­fec­tion of en­ergy reg­u­la­tion is the ul­ti­mate goal of all the power cen­ters and the phys­i­cal con­trol­lers of space.

29:2.133. Super­uni­verse Cen­ters. Oc­cu­py­ing an enor­mous area on the cap­i­tal sphere of each of the seven super­uni­verses are one thou­sand power cen­ters of the third or­der. Three cur­rents of pri­mary en­ergy of ten seg­re­ga­tions each come in to these power cen­ters, but seven spe­cial­ized and well-di­rected, though im­per­fectly con­trolled, cir­cuits of power go forth from their seat of united ac­tion. This is the elec­tronic or­ga­ni­za­tion of uni­verse power.

29:2.14All en­ergy is cir­cuited in the Par­a­dise cy­cle, but the Uni­verse Power Di­rec­tors di­rect the force-en­er­gies of nether Par­a­dise as they find them mod­i­fied in the space func­tions of the cen­tral and super­uni­verses, con­vert­ing and di­rect­ing these en­er­gies into chan­nels of use­ful and con­struc­tive ap­pli­ca­tion. There is a dif­fer­ence be­tween Ha­vona en­ergy and the en­er­gies of the super­uni­verses. The power charge of a super­uni­verse con­sists of three phases of en­ergy of ten seg­re­ga­tions each. This three­fold en­ergy charge spreads through­out the space of the grand uni­verse; it is like a vast mov­ing ocean of en­ergy which en­gulfs and bathes the whole of each of the seven super­cre­ations.

29:2.15The elec­tronic or­ga­ni­za­tion of uni­verse power func­tions in seven phases and dis­closes vary­ing re­sponse to lo­cal or lin­ear grav­ity. This sev­en­fold cir­cuit pro­ceeds from the super­uni­verse power cen­ters and per­vades each super­cre­ation. Such spe­cial­ized cur­rents of time and space are def­i­nite and lo­cal­ized en­ergy move­ments ini­ti­ated and di­rected for spe­cific pur­poses, much as the Gulf Stream func­tions as a cir­cum­scribed phe­nom­e­non in the midst of the At­lantic Ocean.

29:2.164. Lo­cal Uni­verse Cen­ters. On the head­quar­ters of each lo­cal uni­verse are sta­tioned one hun­dred power cen­ters of the fourth or­der. They func­tion to down­step and oth­er­wise to mod­ify the seven power cir­cuits em­a­nat­ing from super­uni­verse head­quar­ters, thus mak­ing them ap­pli­ca­ble to the ser­vices of the con­stel­la­tions and sys­tems. The lo­cal as­tro­nom­i­cal catas­tro­phes of space are of pass­ing con­cern to these power cen­ters; they are en­gaged in the or­derly dis­patch of ef­fec­tive en­ergy to the sub­sidiary con­stel­la­tions and sys­tems. They are of great as­sis­tance to the Cre­ator Sons dur­ing the later times of uni­verse or­ga­ni­za­tion and en­ergy mo­bi­liza­tion. These cen­ters are able to pro­vide in­ten­si­fied lanes of en­ergy use­ful for in­ter­plan­e­tary com­mu­ni­ca­tion be­tween im­por­tant in­hab­ited points. Such a lane or line of en­ergy, some­times also called an en­ergy path, is a di­rect cir­cuit of en­ergy from one power cen­ter to an­other power cen­ter or from one phys­i­cal con­trol­ler to an­other con­trol­ler. It is an in­di­vid­u­al­ized stream of power and stands in con­trast to the free space move­ments of un­dif­fer­en­ti­ated en­ergy.

29:2.175. Con­stel­la­tion Cen­ters. Ten of these liv­ing power cen­ters are sta­tioned in each con­stel­la­tion, func­tion­ing as en­ergy pro­jec­tors to the one hun­dred trib­u­tary lo­cal sys­tems. From these be­ings there go forth the power lines for com­mu­ni­ca­tion and trans­port and for the en­er­giz­ing of those liv­ing crea­tures who are de­pen­dent upon cer­tain forms of phys­i­cal en­ergy for the main­te­nance of life. But nei­ther the power cen­ters nor the sub­or­di­nate phys­i­cal con­trol­lers are oth­er­wise con­cerned with life as a func­tional or­ga­ni­za­tion.

29:2.186. Sys­tem Cen­ters. One Su­preme Power Cen­ter is per­ma­nently as­signed to each lo­cal sys­tem. These sys­tem cen­ters dis­patch the power cir­cuits to the in­hab­ited worlds of time and space. They co-or­di­nate the ac­tiv­i­ties of the sub­or­di­nate phys­i­cal con­trol­lers and oth­er­wise func­tion to in­sure the sat­is­fac­tory dis­tri­bu­tion of power in the lo­cal sys­tem. The cir­cuit re­lay be­tween the plan­ets de­pends upon the per­fect co-or­di­na­tion of cer­tain ma­te­rial en­er­gies and upon the ef­fi­cient reg­u­la­tion of phys­i­cal power.

29:2.197. Un­clas­si­fied Cen­ters. These are the cen­ters who func­tion in spe­cial lo­cal sit­u­a­tions but not on the in­hab­ited plan­ets. The in­di­vid­ual worlds are in the charge of Mas­ter Phys­i­cal Con­trol­lers and re­ceive the en­cir­cuited lines of power dis­patched by the power cen­ter of their sys­tem. Only those spheres of the most ex­traor­di­nary en­ergy re­la­tion­ships have power cen­ters of the sev­enth or­der act­ing as uni­verse bal­ance wheels or en­ergy gov­er­nors. In ev­ery phase of ac­tiv­ity these power cen­ters are the full equals of those who func­tion on the higher units of con­trol, but not one space body in a mil­lion har­bors such a liv­ing power or­ga­ni­za­tion.

41:1.1The spi­ral and other neb­u­lae, the mother wheels of the spheres of space, are ini­ti­ated by Par­a­dise force or­ga­niz­ers; and fol­low­ing neb­u­lar evo­lu­tion of grav­ity re­sponse, they are su­per­seded in super­uni­verse func­tion by the power cen­ters and phys­i­cal con­trol­lers, who there­upon as­sume full re­spon­si­bil­ity for di­rect­ing the phys­i­cal evo­lu­tion of the en­su­ing gen­er­a­tions of stel­lar and plan­e­tary off­spring. This phys­i­cal super­vi­sion of the Neb­a­don pre­uni­verse was, upon the ar­rival of our Cre­ator Son, im­me­di­ately co-or­di­nated with his plan for uni­verse or­ga­ni­za­tion. Within the do­main of this Par­a­dise Son of God, the Su­preme Power Cen­ters and the Mas­ter Phys­i­cal Con­trol­lers col­lab­o­rated with the later ap­pear­ing Mor­ontia Power Super­vi­sors and oth­ers to pro­duce that vast com­plex of com­mu­ni­ca­tion lines, en­ergy cir­cuits, and power lanes which firmly bind the man­i­fold space bod­ies of Neb­a­don into one in­te­grated ad­min­is­tra­tive unit.

41:1.2One hun­dred Su­preme Power Cen­ters of the fourth or­der are per­ma­nently as­signed to our lo­cal uni­verse. These be­ings re­ceive the in­com­ing lines of power from the third-or­der cen­ters of Uversa and re­lay the down-stepped and mod­i­fied cir­cuits to the power cen­ters of our con­stel­la­tions and sys­tems. These power cen­ters, in as­so­ci­a­tion, func­tion to pro­duce the liv­ing sys­tem of con­trol and equal­iza­tion which op­er­ates to main­tain the bal­ance and dis­tri­bu­tion of oth­er­wise fluc­tu­at­ing and vari­able en­er­gies. Power cen­ters are not, how­ever, con­cerned with tran­sient and lo­cal en­ergy up­heavals, such as sun spots and sys­tem elec­tric dis­tur­bances; light and elec­tric­ity are not the ba­sic en­er­gies of space; they are sec­ondary and sub­sidiary man­i­fes­ta­tions.

41:1.3The one hun­dred lo­cal uni­verse cen­ters are sta­tioned on Sal­ving­ton, where they func­tion at the ex­act en­ergy cen­ter of that sphere. Ar­chi­tec­tural spheres, such as Sal­ving­ton, Eden­tia, and Je­ru­sem, are lighted, heated, and en­er­gized by meth­ods which make them quite in­de­pen­dent of the suns of space. These spheres were con­structed—made to or­der—by the power cen­ters and phys­i­cal con­trol­lers and were de­signed to ex­ert a pow­er­ful in­flu­ence over en­ergy dis­tri­bu­tion. Bas­ing their ac­tiv­i­ties on such fo­cal points of en­ergy con­trol, the power cen­ters, by their liv­ing pres­ences, di­rec­tion­ize and chan­nel­ize the phys­i­cal en­er­gies of space. And these en­ergy cir­cuits are ba­sic to all phys­i­cal-ma­te­rial and mor­ontia-spir­i­tual phe­nom­ena.

41:1.4Ten Su­preme Power Cen­ters of the fifth or­der are as­signed to each of Neb­a­don’s pri­mary sub­di­vi­sions, the one hun­dred con­stel­la­tions. In Nor­la­ti­adek, your con­stel­la­tion, they are not sta­tioned on the head­quar­ters sphere but are sit­u­ated at the cen­ter of the enor­mous stel­lar sys­tem which con­sti­tutes the phys­i­cal core of the con­stel­la­tion. On Eden­tia there are ten as­so­ci­ated me­chan­i­cal con­trol­lers and ten fran­dalanks who are in per­fect and con­stant li­ai­son with the near-by power cen­ters.

41:1.5One Su­preme Power Cen­ter of the sixth or­der is sta­tioned at the ex­act grav­ity fo­cus of each lo­cal sys­tem. In the sys­tem of Sa­ta­nia the as­signed power cen­ter oc­cu­pies a dark is­land of space lo­cated at the as­tro­nomic cen­ter of the sys­tem. Many of these dark is­lands are vast dy­namos which mo­bi­lize and di­rec­tion­ize cer­tain space-en­er­gies, and these nat­u­ral cir­cum­stances are ef­fec­tively uti­lized by the Sa­ta­nia Power Cen­ter, whose liv­ing mass func­tions as a li­ai­son with the higher cen­ters, di­rect­ing the streams of more ma­te­ri­al­ized power to the Mas­ter Phys­i­cal Con­trol­lers on the evo­lu­tion­ary plan­ets of space.

116:5.32. The Su­preme Power Cen­ters.

29:3.7The power cen­ters uti­lize vast mech­a­nisms and co-or­di­na­tions of a ma­te­rial or­der in li­ai­son with the liv­ing mech­a­nisms of the var­i­ous seg­re­gated en­ergy con­cen­tra­tions. Each in­di­vid­ual power cen­ter is con­sti­tuted in ex­actly one mil­lion units of func­tional con­trol, and these en­ergy-mod­i­fy­ing units are not sta­tion­ary as are the vi­tal or­gans of man’s phys­i­cal body; these “vi­tal or­gans” of power reg­u­la­tion are mo­bile and truly kalei­do­scopic in as­so­cia­tive pos­si­bil­i­ties.

9:3.6The uni­verse of uni­verses is per­me­ated by the power-con­trol crea­tures of the Third Source and Cen­ter: phys­i­cal con­trol­lers, power di­rec­tors, power cen­ters, and other rep­re­sen­ta­tives of the God of Ac­tion who have to do with the reg­u­la­tion and sta­bi­liza­tion of phys­i­cal en­er­gies. These unique crea­tures of phys­i­cal func­tion all pos­sess vary­ing at­tri­butes of power con­trol, such as anti­grav­ity, which they uti­lize in their ef­forts to es­tab­lish the phys­i­cal equi­lib­rium of the mat­ter and en­er­gies of the grand uni­verse.

29:3.6The di­rec­tors, cen­ters, and con­trol­lers of power have noth­ing to do with any­thing in all cre­ation ex­cept power, ma­te­rial or semi­phys­i­cal en­ergy; they do not orig­i­nate it, but they do mod­ify, ma­nip­u­late, and di­rec­tion­ize it. Nei­ther do they have any­thing what­ever to do with phys­i­cal grav­ity ex­cept to re­sist its draw­ing power. Their re­la­tion to grav­ity is wholly neg­a­tive.

42:4.4Grav­ity acts pos­i­tively on the power lanes and en­ergy chan­nels of the power cen­ters and the phys­i­cal con­trol­lers, but these be­ings have only a neg­a­tive re­la­tion to grav­ity—the ex­er­cise of their anti­grav­ity en­dow­ments.

18:5.3The gov­ern­ments of the mi­nor sec­tors are very largely, though not ex­clu­sively, con­cerned with the great phys­i­cal prob­lems of the super­uni­verses. The mi­nor sec­tor spheres are the head­quar­ters of the Mas­ter Phys­i­cal Con­trol­lers. On these worlds as­cend­ing mor­tals carry on stud­ies and ex­per­i­ments hav­ing to do with an ex­am­i­na­tion of the ac­tiv­i­ties of the third or­der of the Su­preme Power Cen­ters and of all seven or­ders of the Mas­ter Phys­i­cal Con­trol­lers.

29:3.3These power cen­ters and di­rec­tors are brought into be­ing by the chil­dren of the In­fi­nite Spirit. They are not ger­mane to the ad­min­is­tra­tion of the Sons of God, though they af­fil­i­ate with the Cre­ator Sons dur­ing the later epochs of uni­verse ma­te­rial or­ga­ni­za­tion. But the power cen­ters are in some way closely as­so­ci­ated with the cos­mic over­con­trol of the Su­preme Be­ing.

29:3.12These liv­ing power mech­a­nisms are not con­sciously re­lated to the mas­ter uni­verse en­ergy over­con­trol of the Un­qual­i­fied Ab­so­lute, but we sur­mise that their en­tire and al­most per­fect scheme of power di­rec­tion is in some un­known man­ner sub­or­di­nated to this super­grav­ity pres­ence. In any lo­cal en­ergy sit­u­a­tion the cen­ters and con­trol­lers ex­ert near-su­prem­acy, but they are al­ways con­scious of the super­en­ergy pres­ence and the un­rec­og­niz­able per­for­mance of the Un­qual­i­fied Ab­so­lute.

65:7.5The seven ad­ju­tant spir­its do not make con­tact with the purely me­chan­i­cal or­ders of or­gan­is­mal en­vi­ron­men­tal re­sponse. Such prein­tel­li­gent re­sponses of liv­ing or­gan­isms per­tain purely to the en­ergy do­mains of the power cen­ters, the phys­i­cal con­trol­lers, and their as­so­ciates.

29:3.1The Su­preme Power Cen­ters dis­tributed through­out the super­uni­verses num­ber, with their as­so­ciates and sub­or­di­nates, up­ward of ten bil­lion. And they are all in per­fect syn­chrony and com­plete li­ai­son with their Par­a­dise pro­gen­i­tors, the Seven Su­preme Power Di­rec­tors. The power con­trol of the grand uni­verse is thus in­trusted to the keep­ing and di­rec­tion of the Seven Mas­ter Spir­its, the cre­ators of the Seven Su­preme Power Di­rec­tors.

29:3.9Out­side of Ha­vona the Su­preme Power Cen­ters func­tion only on es­pe­cially con­structed (ar­chi­tec­tural) spheres or on oth­er­wise suit­ably con­sti­tuted space bod­ies. The ar­chi­tec­tural worlds are so con­structed that the liv­ing power cen­ters can act as se­lec­tive switches to di­rec­tion­ize, mod­ify, and con­cen­trate the en­er­gies of space as they pour over these spheres. They could not so func­tion on an or­di­nary evo­lu­tion­ary sun or planet. Cer­tain groups are also con­cerned in the heat­ing and other ma­te­rial ne­ces­si­ties of these spe­cial head­quar­ters worlds. And though it is be­yond the scope of Uran­tia knowl­edge, I may state that these or­ders of liv­ing power per­son­al­i­ties have much to do with the dis­tri­bu­tion of the light that shines with­out heat. They do not pro­duce this phe­nom­e­non, but they are con­cerned with its dis­sem­i­na­tion and di­rec­tion­iza­tion.

57:2.3700,000,000,000 years ago the And­ro­no­ver sys­tem was as­sum­ing gi­gan­tic pro­por­tions, and ad­di­tional phys­i­cal con­trol­lers were dis­patched to nine sur­round­ing ma­te­rial cre­ations to af­ford sup­port and sup­ply co-op­er­a­tion to the power cen­ters of this new ma­te­rial sys­tem which was so rapidly evolv­ing. At this dis­tant date all of the ma­te­rial be­queathed to the sub­se­quent cre­ations was held within the con­fines of this gi­gan­tic space wheel, which con­tin­ued ever to whirl and, af­ter reach­ing its max­i­mum of di­am­e­ter, to whirl faster and faster as it con­tin­ued to con­dense and con­tract.

29:0.10The Su­preme Power Di­rec­tors and Cen­ters have ex­isted from the near times of eter­nity, and as far as we know, no more be­ings of these or­ders have been cre­ated. The Seven Su­preme Di­rec­tors were per­son­al­ized by the Seven Mas­ter Spir­its, and then they col­lab­o­rated with their par­ents in the pro­duc­tion of more than ten bil­lion as­so­ciates. Be­fore the days of the power di­rec­tors the en­ergy cir­cuits of space out­side of the cen­tral uni­verse were un­der the in­tel­li­gent super­vi­sion of the Mas­ter Force Or­ga­niz­ers of Par­a­dise.

29:3.8It is ut­terly be­yond my abil­ity to ex­plain the man­ner in which these liv­ing be­ings en­com­pass the ma­nip­u­la­tion and reg­u­la­tion of the mas­ter cir­cuits of uni­verse en­ergy. To un­der­take to in­form you fur­ther con­cern­ing the size and func­tion of these gi­gan­tic and al­most per­fectly ef­fi­cient power cen­ters, would only add to your con­fu­sion and con­ster­na­tion. They are both liv­ing and “per­sonal,” but they are be­yond your com­pre­hen­sion.

29:4.1These be­ings are the mo­bile sub­or­di­nates of the Su­preme Power Cen­ters. The phys­i­cal con­trol­lers are en­dowed with ca­pa­bil­i­ties of in­di­vid­u­al­ity meta­mor­pho­sis of such a na­ture that they can en­gage in a re­mark­able va­ri­ety of au­to­trans­port, be­ing able to tra­verse lo­cal space at ve­loc­i­ties ap­proach­ing the flight of Soli­tary Mes­sen­gers. But like all other space tra­versers they re­quire the as­sis­tance of both their fel­lows and cer­tain other types of be­ings in over­com­ing the ac­tion of grav­ity and the re­sis­tance of in­er­tia in de­part­ing from a ma­te­rial sphere.

16:3.10Mas­ter Spirit Num­ber Five. This di­vine per­son­al­ity who ex­qui­sitely blends the char­ac­ter of the Uni­ver­sal Fa­ther and the In­fi­nite Spirit is the ad­viser of that enor­mous group of be­ings known as the power di­rec­tors, power cen­ters, and phys­i­cal con­trol­lers. This Spirit also fos­ters all per­son­al­i­ties tak­ing ori­gin in the Fa­ther and the Con­joint Ac­tor. In the coun­cils of the Seven Mas­ter Spir­its, when the Fa­ther-Spirit at­ti­tude is in ques­tion, it is al­ways Mas­ter Spirit Num­ber Five who speaks.

42:2.22These power di­rec­tors them­selves are en­ergy cat­alyz­ers; that is, they cause en­ergy to seg­ment, or­ga­nize, or as­sem­ble in unit for­ma­tion by their pres­ence. And all this im­plies that there must be some­thing in­her­ent in en­ergy which causes it thus to func­tion in the pres­ence of these power en­ti­ties. The Neb­a­don Mel­chiz­e­deks long since de­nom­i­nated the phe­nom­e­non of the trans­mu­ta­tion of cos­mic force into uni­verse power as one of the seven “in­fini­ties of di­vin­ity.” And that is as far as you will ad­vance on this point dur­ing your lo­cal uni­verse as­cen­sion.

42:2.23Not­with­stand­ing our in­abil­ity fully to com­pre­hend the ori­gin, na­ture, and trans­mu­ta­tions of cos­mic force, we are fully con­ver­sant with all phases of emer­gent-en­ergy be­hav­ior from the times of its di­rect and un­mis­tak­able re­sponse to the ac­tion of Par­a­dise grav­ity—about the time of the be­gin­ning of the func­tion of the super­uni­verse power di­rec­tors.

29:3.5Hav­ing no as­cen­dant past to re­vert to in mem­ory, power cen­ters and phys­i­cal con­trol­lers never play; they are thor­oughly busi­nesslike in all their ac­tions. They are al­ways on duty; there is no pro­vi­sion in the uni­ver­sal scheme for the in­ter­rup­tion of the phys­i­cal lines of en­ergy; never for a frac­tion of a sec­ond can these be­ings re­lin­quish their di­rect super­vi­sion of the en­ergy cir­cuits of time and space.

48:4.11All be­ings en­joy this sort of re­ver­sion ex­cept those who are in­her­ent Cre­ators, hence au­to­matic self-re­ju­ve­na­tors, and cer­tain highly spe­cial­ized types of crea­tures, such as the power cen­ters and the phys­i­cal con­trol­lers, who are al­ways and eter­nally thor­oughly busi­nesslike in all their re­ac­tions. These pe­ri­odic re­leases from the ten­sion of func­tional duty are a reg­u­lar part of life on all worlds through­out the uni­verse of uni­verses but not on the Isle of Par­a­dise. Be­ings in­dige­nous to the cen­tral abode are in­ca­pable of de­ple­tion and are not, there­fore, sub­ject to re-en­er­giz­ing. And with such be­ings of eter­nal Par­a­dise per­fec­tion there can be no such re­ver­sion to evo­lu­tion­ary ex­pe­ri­ences.

29:3.11The power cen­ters and con­trol­lers ex­ert per­fect con­trol over only seven of the ten forms of en­ergy con­tained in each ba­sic uni­verse cur­rent; those forms which are partly or wholly ex­empt from their con­trol must rep­re­sent the un­pre­dictable realms of en­ergy man­i­fes­ta­tion dom­i­nated by the Un­qual­i­fied Ab­so­lute. If they ex­ert an in­flu­ence upon the pri­mor­dial forces of this Ab­so­lute, we are not cog­nizant of such func­tions, though there is some slight ev­i­dence which would war­rant the opin­ion that cer­tain of the phys­i­cal con­trol­lers are some­times au­to­mat­i­cally re­ac­tive to cer­tain im­pulses of the Uni­ver­sal Ab­so­lute.

32:2.1The Cre­ator Sons are pre­ceded in uni­verse or­ga­ni­za­tion by the power di­rec­tors and other be­ings orig­i­nat­ing in the Third Source and Cen­ter. From the en­er­gies of space, thus pre­vi­ously or­ga­nized, Mi­chael, your Cre­ator Son, es­tab­lished the in­hab­ited realms of the uni­verse of Neb­a­don and ever since has been painstak­ingly de­voted to their ad­min­is­tra­tion. From pre-ex­is­tent en­ergy these di­vine Sons ma­te­ri­al­ize vis­i­ble mat­ter, project liv­ing crea­tures, and with the co-op­er­a­tion of the uni­verse pres­ence of the In­fi­nite Spirit, cre­ate a di­verse ret­inue of spirit per­son­al­i­ties.

32:2.2These power di­rec­tors and en­ergy con­trol­lers who long pre­ceded the Cre­ator Son in the pre­lim­i­nary phys­i­cal work of uni­verse or­ga­ni­za­tion later serve in mag­nif­i­cent li­ai­son with this Uni­verse Son, for­ever re­main­ing in as­so­ci­ated con­trol of those en­er­gies which they orig­i­nally or­ga­nized and cir­cuitized. On Sal­ving­ton there now func­tion the same one hun­dred power cen­ters who co-op­er­ated with your Cre­ator Son in the orig­i­nal for­ma­tion of this lo­cal uni­verse.

42:4.3The power cen­ters and their as­so­ciates are much con­cerned in the work of trans­mut­ing the ul­ti­ma­ton into the cir­cuits and rev­o­lu­tions of the elec­tron. These unique be­ings con­trol and com­pound power by their skill­ful ma­nip­u­la­tion of the ba­sic units of ma­te­ri­al­ized en­ergy, the ul­ti­ma­tons. They are mas­ters of en­ergy as it cir­cu­lates in this prim­i­tive state. In li­ai­son with the phys­i­cal con­trol­lers they are able to ef­fec­tively con­trol and di­rect en­ergy even af­ter it has trans­muted to the elec­tri­cal level, the so-called elec­tronic stage. But their range of ac­tion is enor­mously cur­tailed when elec­tron­i­cally or­ga­nized en­ergy swings into the whirls of the atomic sys­tems. Upon such ma­te­ri­al­iza­tion, these en­er­gies fall un­der the com­plete grasp of the draw­ing power of lin­ear grav­ity.

29:3.4Power cen­ters and phys­i­cal con­trol­lers un­dergo no train­ing; they are all cre­ated in per­fec­tion and are in­her­ently per­fect in ac­tion. Never do they pass from one func­tion to an­other; al­ways do they serve as orig­i­nally as­signed. There is no evo­lu­tion in their ranks, and this is true of all seven di­vi­sions of both or­ders.

32:2.3The first com­pleted act of phys­i­cal cre­ation in Neb­a­don con­sisted in the or­ga­ni­za­tion of the head­quar­ters world, the ar­chi­tec­tural sphere of Sal­ving­ton, with its satel­lites. From the time of the ini­tial moves of the power cen­ters and phys­i­cal con­trol­lers to the ar­rival of the liv­ing staff on the com­pleted spheres of Sal­ving­ton, there in­ter­vened a lit­tle over one bil­lion years of your pres­ent plan­e­tary time. The con­struc­tion of Sal­ving­ton was im­me­di­ately fol­lowed by the cre­ation of the one hun­dred head­quar­ters worlds of the pro­jected con­stel­la­tions and the ten thou­sand head­quar­ters spheres of the pro­jected lo­cal sys­tems of plan­e­tary con­trol and ad­min­is­tra­tion, to­gether with their ar­chi­tec­tural satel­lites. Such ar­chi­tec­tural worlds are de­signed to ac­com­mo­date both phys­i­cal and spir­i­tual per­son­al­i­ties as well as the in­ter­ven­ing mor­ontia or tran­si­tion stages of be­ing.
