41:1.4Ten Su­preme Power Cen­ters of the fifth or­der are as­signed to each of Neb­a­don’s pri­mary sub­di­vi­sions, the one hun­dred con­stel­la­tions. In Nor­la­ti­adek, your con­stel­la­tion, they are not sta­tioned on the head­quar­ters sphere but are sit­u­ated at the cen­ter of the enor­mous stel­lar sys­tem which con­sti­tutes the phys­i­cal core of the con­stel­la­tion. On Eden­tia there are ten as­so­ci­ated me­chan­i­cal con­trol­lers and ten fran­dalanks who are in per­fect and con­stant li­ai­son with the near-by power cen­ters.

35:6.5The Most Highs sur­round them­selves with a corps of coun­selors, which varies in num­ber and per­son­nel from time to time in ac­cor­dance with the pres­ence of the var­i­ous groups at con­stel­la­tion head­quar­ters and also as the lo­cal re­quire­ments vary. Dur­ing times of stress they may ask for, and will quickly re­ceive, ad­di­tional Sons of the Vo­ron­da­dek or­der to as­sist with the ad­min­is­tra­tive work. Nor­la­ti­adek, your own con­stel­la­tion, is at pres­ent ad­min­is­tered by twelve Vo­ron­da­dek Sons.

43:4.9Since the tri­umph of Christ, all Nor­la­ti­adek is be­ing cleansed of sin and rebels. Some­time be­fore Mi­chael’s death in the flesh the fallen Lu­cifer’s as­so­ciate, Sa­tan, sought to at­tend such an Eden­tia con­clave, but the so­lid­i­fi­ca­tion of sen­ti­ment against the arch­re­bels had reached the point where the doors of sym­pa­thy were so well-nigh uni­ver­sally closed that there could be found no stand­ing ground for the Sa­ta­nia ad­ver­saries. When there ex­ists no open door for the re­cep­tion of evil, there ex­ists no op­por­tu­nity for the en­ter­tain­ment of sin. The doors of the hearts of all Eden­tia closed against Sa­tan; he was unan­i­mously re­jected by the as­sem­bled Sys­tem Sov­er­eigns, and it was at this time that the Son of Man “be­held Sa­tan fall as light­ning from heaven.”

15:14.6Sa­ta­nia has a head­quar­ters world called Je­ru­sem, and it is sys­tem num­ber twenty-four in the con­stel­la­tion of Nor­la­ti­adek. Your con­stel­la­tion, Nor­la­ti­adek, con­sists of one hun­dred lo­cal sys­tems and has a head­quar­ters world called Eden­tia. Nor­la­ti­adek is num­ber sev­enty in the uni­verse of Neb­a­don. The lo­cal uni­verse of Neb­a­don con­sists of one hun­dred con­stel­la­tions and has a cap­i­tal known as Sal­ving­ton. The uni­verse of Neb­a­don is num­ber eighty-four in the mi­nor sec­tor of Ensa.

15:7.6Eden­tia, the head­quar­ters of your con­stel­la­tion of Nor­la­ti­adek, has its sev­enty satel­lites of so­cial­iz­ing cul­ture and train­ing, on which as­cend­ers so­journ upon the com­ple­tion of the Je­ru­sem regime of per­son­al­ity mo­bi­liza­tion, uni­fi­ca­tion, and re­al­iza­tion.

43:5.1The ro­ta­tion of the Most Highs on Eden­tia was sus­pended at the time of the Lu­cifer re­bel­lion. We now have the same rulers who were on duty at that time. We in­fer that no change in these rulers will be made un­til Lu­cifer and his as­so­ciates are fi­nally dis­posed of.

41:10.5Uran­tia is com­par­a­tively iso­lated on the out­skirts of Sa­ta­nia, your so­lar sys­tem, with one ex­cep­tion, be­ing the far­thest re­moved from Je­ru­sem, while Sa­ta­nia it­self is next to the out­er­most sys­tem of Nor­la­ti­adek, and this con­stel­la­tion is now travers­ing the outer fringe of Neb­a­don. You were truly among the least of all cre­ation un­til Mi­chael’s be­stowal el­e­vated your planet to a po­si­tion of honor and great uni­verse in­ter­est. They are cho­sen by the Je­ru­sem coun­cil of one thou­sand, an elec­tive body charged with the duty of rep­re­sent­ing the sys­tem groups in all such del­e­gated or ap­pointive mat­ters. All rep­re­sen­ta­tives or other del­e­gates are se­lected by the coun­cil of one thou­sand elec­tors, and they must be grad­u­ates of the high­est school of the Mel­chiz­e­dek Col­lege of Ad­min­is­tra­tion, as also are all of those who con­sti­tute this group of one thou­sand elec­tors. This school is fos­tered by the Mel­chiz­e­deks, lat­terly as­sisted by the fi­nal­i­ters.
